PROGRAM MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Program Manager to oversee and direct the development activities and manage the overall execution of multiple programs for major customers for our rugged computing products. The Program Manager will handle projects, including complex systems integration activities and will be the program focal point for the total programs success.

Position includes meeting schedule, cost, and performance goals and direct customer communication for OEM & standard products.  Engineering tools available include PSpice, Mathcad, Viewdraw and Pads to complete the electrical design requirements, schematic development and PCB layout.  Projects are broad in nature, usually requiring appreciable originality and ingenuity.

This position includes the coordination and interfacing/liason for manufacturing to inside sales and other related areas ensuring that customers are satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, a professional positive demeanor and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

SE REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Position provides client with technical support and consulting during their planning and implementation of the project. Candidate will be evaluating the effectiveness of pricing strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities and recommending modifications to pricing structures as needed by using internal cost information and external data to analyze competitive market pricing as well as analyzing market trends and competitor data to develop pricing models. Position will provide insights on the impact of pricing changes on growth rates and profitability, perform analysis to understand customer price sensitivity and the impact of pricing changes to the business, and define data requirements and resources to support analysis and reporting of overall pricing.

Position includes managing inside sales activities by ensuring that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. Coordinates liaison between inside sales and other related areas. Analyzes pricing and cost for products and services. TEMP. TO PERM. WIRE HARNESS/PCB ASSEMBLER

Responsibilities include working with team routing and tying wires to form wire harnesses used in telecommunications and higher reliability electronic equipment or systems, working with team assembling PCB Boards, operating automatic equipment for surface mount and mixed – technology boards, hand-soldering boards as needed, read assembly drawings and blueprints, terminating wires using hand and/or automatic crimp tools, inspecting harnesses and PCBs for defects, performing automated testing of harnesses, preparing wires for termination, interfacing with test and engineering groups for problem solving.
