Electronics manages projects from concept through manufacturing, including
distribution and service. Typically, these are high visibility programs
that are crucial to the OEM’s revenue stream and new product growth.
During the development phase, milestones are identified and each
independent task along the critical path is planned and scheduled using
Microsoft Project. Reviews of all design stages are scheduled per ISO
E108-90. During the manufacturing phase of a program, production
schedules, inventories and shipments are managed within our Oracle
business system. |
