Tracewell Systems new 100,000 square-foot, enterprise zone facility contains the latest PCB and test equipment from Tyco, DEK, Dynapert Emhart, Genrad and other leading suppliers.  Services include plated-through-hole insertions, surface mount technology, and ball grid array with X-ray inspection.  The company is committed to using the latest assembly technologies to provide customers with the best and most cost efficient products to maintain their competitive edge.  Tracewell Systems assembly processes are well documented and controlled by and expert staff of experienced engineers.  Tracewell Systems knows from experience that using continuous-flow technology, Kanban, supply chain management and JIT systems results in the highest quality products, delivered on spec and on time.

With over 1,000,000 man-hours for electro-mechanical design, development, test and manufacturing experience, Tracewell Systems engineering and technical capabilities are dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customer’s requirements.   This is Accomplished using CAD(Pro-Engineering, Solidworks, & Flotherm) PSpice, Cadstar, and Mathcad, the engineers ad technicians provide quick and complete solutions, whether designing for manufacturability of self-certifying programs.   Successfully delivering quality, high-volume program to Fortune 500 companies has been a hallmark of Tracewell Systems operation.

Tracewell Systems adheres to international quality standards, including being ISO 9000-2000 and Demand Flow Technology certified, and has self-certification capabilities for a number of regulatory specifications, including UL, CSA, and CE.  EMI, Halt/Hass, and Integrated Burn-in Chambers are but some of the in-house custom testing capabilities of Tracewell Systems.   The company strives for the highest quality levels possible, through cooperative efforts with both customers and suppliers, and through on-going employee training programs.
